Jameica Demercado is a designer at Hord Coplan Macht, working in in their PK-12 & Higher Ed Sector. She has 2 and half years of experience working educational projects from conceptual design to construction administration phase. She I passionate to learn and drive a project to completion and to coordinate ideas into actual solutions. Jameica has applied her studies, knowledge, and research into a profound understanding of a paradigm shift in school designs to create a bridge in the physical, psychological, and cultural space for students. As she continues to venture out of the office, Jameica has found her home in Baltimore Noma chapter and spearheading the start of the Student Engagement Committee, along with continuing Project Pipeline for the Bmore NOMA chapter.
